International students with valid study permit or foreign workers with valid work permit are eligible for the application for US B1/B2 Visa. After finish the online application, applicants need to book the interview.

     • Program Enrollment Letter and transcript if applicable

     • Employment Letter and payroll if applicable

Step1:

Visit https://www.gov.uk/ to apply online for your UK Visa.

Step 2:

To complete the application process, you must book and attend an appointment at the visa application centre in Canada.

Step 3:

Bring your appointment letter and application pack, passport and a second valid form of identification with you to attend the appointment.

Important note: You will not be able to submit further documents once your application has been submitted at the visa application centre. The documents that you submitted at the time you made your application will be the only documents that are considered.

Step 4:

Enroll your fingerprints and photograph at the visa application centre.

Step 5:

You will have your documents returned to you be express courier.

Schengen visa is the document issued by the appropriate authorities to the interested party for visiting/travelling in and within the Schengen Area. The Schengen Area is comprised of 26 countries that have agreed to allow free movement of their citizens within this area as a single country. Of the 26 countries bound by the Schengen agreement, 22 are part of the EU and the other 4 are part of the EFTA. Schengen area covers the majority of European countries, except for the United Kingdom and countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus and Ireland soon to be part of the agreement. However, there are countries that are not part of the EU like Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Lichtenstein yet do belong in the Schengen area and cherish the free movement policy.*If you are planning to go to UK as well, you need to submit a UK Visa application.

       Certified copies of the biographical pages of current passports or travel documents of all people included in the application

       One recent passport sized photograph (45mm*35mm) of each person included in the application

     • A certified copy of evidence of the name change if applicable

     • Certified copies of birth certificates for each person included in the applicable

     • Certified copies of military service record or discharge papers if applicable

     • Evidence of sufficient funds

     • A letter of invitation if applicable

     • You itinerary for your stay in Australia if applicable

     • Other information to show that you have an incentive and authority to return to your home country:

          o If you are employed, a letter from your employer confirming your employment duration and position, employer’s contact details, and leave dates or

          o If you are self-employed, evidence that you operate a business, such as business registration, lease contract, letter from relevant government ministry or

          o If you are a student, a letter confirming your enrolment signed by your school principal or registrar.

          o If you are unable to provide evidence of employment, evidence relating to your personal or household financial situation (e.g. asset ownership, spouse’s employment letter or business evidence and marriage certificate)

If applicants are under 18 years old:

     • If you are travelling with both parents/legal guardians, copy of your parents/legal guardians

     • Australian visas or New Zealand passports or

     • If you are travelling with one parent/legal guardian, a Parental Consent Form 1229 completed by your non-travelling parent and evidence of their signature and your birth certificate or

     • If you are not travelling with any parent/legal guardian, completed Parental Consent Form 1229 by both parents/legal guardians, evidence of their signatures and a completed Undertaking Declaration Form 1257 and your birth certificate

     • If only one parent/legal guardian has custody of you, please provide certified copies of relevant custody documents and your birth certificate

If applicants are 75 years old or over – Please note that processing time may take longer

     • If you are aged 75 or over you will require a medical check. Your case officer will liaise with you once an assessment has been made on your application to undertake this requirement.

     • If you wish to authorize another person to communicate with us on your behalf, a completed and signed Form 956 or Form 956A
